Dangerous habit of mobile as soon as it arises
If you also start the day with mobile and social media, then this habit is not good for mental and physical health. Try to start the new day with day-planning. By doing this, you will be mentally ready and focused for work throughout the day.
Say no to the habit of bed-tea
If you also start the day by drinking tea or coffee on an empty stomach, then it is not good for your metabolism. It damages health in every way. Instead of tea and coffee, drink lemon and honey in lukewarm water. You can also take green tea if you want.
Don t skip breakfast-
In many researches across the world, it has been revealed that if you do not have a morning breakfast, it invites many diseases. For example, obesity, diabetes and poor immunity. So if you do not have breakfast in the morning then leave this habit.
