Complaints related to loans and scholarships can also be made through this portal. So far 13 banks in the country have registered 22 schemes of education loan on this portal. These include SBI, IDBI Bank, Bank of India and Canara Bank. NSDL e-governance infrastructure develops and maintains this portal. This portal has been specially developed keeping in mind the poor students. Due to money problem, many times students had to leave their studies in between.
