If money is deducted and you don’t receive it, save the deducted message on your phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note the ATM location, date, and time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

File a complaint within 24 to 48 hours through your bank’s mobile app, netbanking, or customer care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to RBI regulations, the bank refunds the deducted amount within five working days of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the amount is not refunded, file a complaint with the RBI’s Complaint Management System (CMS) at cms.rbi.org.in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
