After Katrina Kaif and Rashmika Mandanna, Alia Bhatt becomes victim of deepfake video : For some time now, deep fake videos and pictures have presented a very bad image of many celebrities of the country. Film stars have also become victims of this AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology. Recently, deepfake videos of many celebrities including Rashmika Mandanna, Kajol, Katrina Kaif and Sara Tendulkar created a stir on the internet. Meanwhile, now Alia Bhatt’s deepfake video has also surfaced. Which is also going viral on social media. In this deepfake video, the woman is seen making obscene gestures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this deepfake video, a woman with the altered face of Alia Bhatt is shown making obscene gestures. Regarding such deepfake videos, the Central Government has said that there is a provision of a fine of Rs 1 lakh and a stringent punishment of three years in jail for the creation and dissemination of deepfakes. Union Minister Rajiv Chandrashekhar had last week said that the Center will soon appoint an officer to take appropriate action against such content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rajiv Chandrashekhar has directed social media companies to strictly crackdown against deepfakes and misinformation. Social media companies have been told that it is their responsibility to quickly remove content and misinformation like deepfakes from their platforms. The government has also decided to appoint a special officer,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ministry of Electronics and IT has asked all social media companies to list their terms of use with the IT law and rules within seven days.
